School Psych - Denver, Colorado ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Denver, CO Job Details Full-time | Contract $34.46 - $64.46 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications School experience School psychology Full Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Bring your expertise and passion for student support to a close-knit, collaborative environment near Denver. We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time, full school year contract for 2026/2027. This opportunity is ideal for professionals eager to make a positive impact within a smaller district known for its strong sense of community and supportive SPED team. Caseload specifics are forthcoming, but adaptability and a commitment to student success will be essential.
Qualifications:
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a School Psychologist (pending CDEs welcome to apply) Previous experience working in school settings is strongly preferred Knowledge of school-based assessments, IEP processes, and counseling strategies Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially when working with teachers, families, and related service professionals Ability to thrive in a smaller district with a team-oriented approach to
Special Education Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations for students Provide individual and group counseling interventions as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs Consult with educators, administrators, and parents to support student achievement and well-being Participate actively in staffings, team meetings, and professional development opportunities Contribute to a culture of inclusiveness, understanding, and advocacy for all students Enjoy the opportunity to foster relationships in a district where your skills are valued and your impact is visible every day.
