Qualifications:

Active CDE (Colorado Department of Education) license required Previous experience working in school environments highly preferred Bilingual Spanish skills strongly desired Proven background in psycho-educational assessment, crisis intervention, and counseling students Strong interpersonal abilities to partner with faculty, families, and administration Commitment to inclusive, student-centered service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments Provide direct counseling and behavioral interventions to students Develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team Consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding best practices for student development and learning Participate in crisis response and prevention efforts district-wide Travel between locations as needed for itinerant assignments Why consider this role?
