• 115,387 | No evenings or weekends | 10% Hiring bonus Colorado Center for Assessment is a neurodiversity-affirming psychological assessment practice seeking a full-time licensed psychologist to focus on adult psychological and neuropsychological assessment .

This is an assessment-centered role (no therapy) designed for psychologists who value thoughtful work, collaboration, and long-term sustainability. About the Role You will conduct comprehensive psychological (and as applicable, neuropsychological) assessments with adults (18+), with a primary focus on complex diagnostic questions.

Typical referral questions include:

ADHD Autism Learning disorders Mood disorders Personality disorders Mild medical complexity (TBI, substance abuse) Neuropsychological experience is a strong plus, but not required. What matters most is solid assessment judgment, comfort with diagnostic complexity, care for high-quality work, and fit with our team. We'd love to find someone with interest and experience in supervision. We have a robust training program that includes doctoral-level practicum students, two APPIC-accredited doctoral internship positions, and 1-2 postdoctoral residents each year. This position is not a fit for therapy-only clinicians or high-volume testing models. Schedule & Work Structure 30-36 clinical hours per week depending on your preference (approximately 2-3 evaluations per week) No evenings or weekends Flexible scheduling Option to write reports and conduct some virtual appointments from home Consistent referral stream Full administrative support (scheduling, billing, insurance, payments) Compensation & Benefits This is a salaried position with a compensation range of $83,519
