Essential Qualifications:

Active, valid certifications as a School Psychologist (P-12 required) Prior experience working in a school or educational setting strongly preferred Ability to provide comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, counseling, and intervention services Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and effective documentation procedures Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Comfortable adapting to varying caseloads in dynamic environments

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and interpret results to identify student needs and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide individual or group counseling and crisis intervention as needed Serve as a resource for staff and families about student development, behavior, and learning challenges Facilitate positive behavioral support strategies Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to promote student success Uphold confidentiality and ethics in all practices and interactions
