Job Description

Step into a dynamic school setting as a full-time School Psychologist, providing meaningful support to students across two elementary campuses. This contract opportunity runs through May 2027, allowing you to build long-term relationships and positively influence student outcomes. The role is based entirely onsite, immersing you within a collaborative and dedicated educational community. An ideal match for this position brings both energy and warmth, with a proven ability to articulate their skills and experiences during interviews. You'll join a supportive staff and work with a manageable caseload of about 40 students, where your expertise is highly valued.

Key Qualifications:

Hold a Professional Special Services License from the Colorado Department of Education (or have an active application for licensure in process if traveling from out of state) Formal training and prior experience in school psychology, preferably in elementary settings Ability to clearly communicate your professional experiences and approaches during a two-step interview process Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and collaborating with school teams Open to considering candidates who are relocating, with expectations to proactively research the area and plan for housing and transportation

Role Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive psychological services, including assessment, intervention, and consultation, to elementary students Collaborate with SPED coordinators, teachers, and administrators to support students' academic and social-emotional development Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary evaluations Maintain thorough, confidential records for caseload management Engage actively in professional development and school initiatives Ready to make a positive impact in a vibrant school community?
