Job Description
Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a vital role supporting students' mental health and educational journeys in a well-established Colorado school district, located in the Littleton area. Seeking licensed School Psychologists for contract assignments, this fully on-site opportunity spans from immediate start through the academic year ending in May 2027. You'll have the rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact within a high school community, as well as opportunities to join evaluation teams supporting students from early childhood through high school with a range of needs. What we're looking for: Valid Colorado Department of Education Special Service License with School Psychologist endorsement (covering ages 0-21) SEPD experience preferred—especially serving students with mental health-related IEP needs Clinical background in supporting mild to moderate, affective needs, and significant support needs populations Strong collaboration skills to work with teachers, families, and evaluation teams Ability to work exclusively in-person throughout assignment What you'll do: Provide comprehensive school psychological services to one campus per assignment, with a focus on high school or as an evaluation team member Offer direct mental health support and interventions for students as dictated by their IEPs Conduct Child Find evaluations both individually and with district-level teams, including at multiple elementary campuses Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and review IEP goals for diverse learners Deliver bilingual evaluations, if qualified, in partnership with Early Childhood Special Education professionals This position offers a supportive school environment, an immediate start, and structured hours at 37.5 per week, making it ideal for those looking to further their experience and career in a stable, in-person educational setting.
