Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make an impact in the educational community by providing psychological support and guidance at the elementary level. This full-time, onsite opportunity runs from August 2026 through May 2027, working across two elementary schools to help foster positive student outcomes. If you are passionate about supporting young learners and eager to collaborate with educators and families, this contract role offers engaging challenges in a rewarding educational setting.
Key Qualifications:
Valid and current CDE School Psychologist License is required Demonstrated school-based experience as a School Psychologist Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in dynamic, onsite elementary environments Commitment to creating supportive and inclusive learning environments for all students
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct student evaluations and assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs Develop and implement intervention strategies for individuals and groups Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create effective support plans Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams Maintain thorough documentation and ongoing student progress reporting As a valued member of the educational team, you'll gain firsthand experience making a difference in young lives.
