Preferred Skills & Experience:

Certification and/or licensure as a School Psychologist, with experience in educational environments preferred. Background conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and clear understanding of IEP processes. Experience providing both direct counseling and consultative services in a school setting. Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families. Ability to maintain accurate records and adhere to ethical and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete approximately 25 student evaluations per year, ensuring all documentation and reporting are timely and thorough. Provide counseling and support to high school students on a regular basis, addressing a variety of personal, academic, and behavioral concerns. Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement strategies for student success. Participate in IEP meetings, developing appropriate recommendations and interventions for individual students. Maintain detailed records and contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives.
