Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding part-time opportunity serving students as a qualified School Psychologist in the Laurel, DE area. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program Active licensure as a School Psychologist in Delaware, or eligibility to obtain Experience in educational assessments, counseling, and developing intervention strategies Collaborative approach to working with teachers, parents, and educational staff Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to support educational planning and delivery Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Offer counseling and behavioral interventions to students to address academic, emotional, and social challenges Consult with educators and caregivers to recommend evidence-based strategies that promote student success Maintain accurate case records and prepare necessary documentation in a timely manner Provide crisis intervention and support as required Participate in team meetings and provide expert input regarding student progress
