Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Therapist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services, including psychotherapy, clinical counseling, and crisis intervention, to diverse populations across various settings. Skills Extensive experience in psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards for safeguarding patient information and medical documentation best practices. Excellent communication skills for engaging clients in individual or group counseling sessions while demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity.
