Position Responsibilities The Psychometrist will work closely with licensed psychologists and will be responsible for: Administering standardized psychological, neurocognitive, and academic measures Scoring test data according to standardized procedures Organizing assessment data and maintaining accurate testing records Assisting with aspects of neuropsychological report preparation Preparing testing materials and ensuring protocoled administration procedures Communicating effectively with psychologists and other members of the clinical and admin team Working with clients across the lifespan , including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults Working with individuals presenting with a wide range of cognitive, neurological, developmental, learning, and psychiatric concerns Maintaining strict attention to standardized testing procedures and clinical documentation Qualifications Candidates should demonstrate: Experience administering standardized psychological assessments , including familiarity with intellectual assessment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team Professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to ethical clinical practice Interest in developing a long-term role within a neuropsychological practice Flexibility to work across multiple office locations based on practice needs
