Job Description:
As a Licensed Therapist at our clinic, you will provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to a diverse client population. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that address clients' unique needs. This role is ideal for a therapist who values a client-centered approach and enjoys working in a close-knit team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with other therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations. Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Must have valid unrestricted license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, Psychologist , or equivalent). Experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines. Must be comfortable providing therapy to clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults Must be willing to complete a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with diverse populations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
