Key Qualifications:

Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist Experience working within school settings is highly desirable Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills Ability to work independently across multiple sites Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and interpret data to support students' educational planning Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention to students as needed Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and consult with staff on intervention strategies Support the development of safe, inclusive school climates at each site Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with federal and state regulations
