Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Psychometrician to support our clinical team in administering and scoring psychological and neuropsychological assessments. This role works closely with a licensed psychologist/evaluator to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely testing services for patients across various age groups. Key Responsibilities Administer standardized psychological and psychometric assessments under the supervision of a licensed psychologist Score, document, and organize test results with high accuracy Prepare testing materials and maintain testing environment standards Assist the evaluator in compiling data for psychological reports Observe and document patient behavior during testing sessions Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards (HIPAA) Maintain testing inventory and manage assessment tools Coordinate scheduling and follow-up for testing appointments Qualifications Clinical doctor student in Psychology. Prefer year 2 or higher. Prior experience with psychological or neuropsychological testing preferred Familiarity with standardized assessments (e.g., cognitive, personality, academic tests) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Preferred Skills Experience working in clinical, outpatient, or private practice settings Knowledge of scoring platforms and EMR systems Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
