Job Overview Transformative Healthcare Solutions (THS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Psychologist to provide psychotherapy services to patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout the Jacksonville area. This position offers schedule flexibility, autonomy in managing your caseload, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy services to patients in assigned skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Collaborate with facility staff, Primary Care Providers, Medication Management teams, and patient representatives (POAs, DPOAs, Guardians) to coordinate patient care. Build and maintain your caseload through consistent communication with assigned facility contacts. Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and within established deadlines. Travel to assigned facilities within your designated region. Review documentation, provide clinical guidance to supervisees, and support their professional development. Requirements Active, unrestricted Florida Licensed Psychologist license. Experience working with the geriatric population is required. Previous supervision or mentoring experience is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Professional liability insurance required (employees receive reimbursement). Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
