About Survivors Pathway Survivors Pathway Corporation is a nonprofit organization providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed services to survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, and related forms of violence. Position Summary We are seeking a bilingual Licensed Psychologist to provide direct clinical services, lead trauma-focused programming, and supervise psychology interns and other eligible clinical trainees. The psychologist will provide individual and group psychotherapy, conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, support crisis and safety planning, coordinate care, and help strengthen the organization's clinical protocols. The psychologist will provide structured clinical supervision only to psychology interns, practicum students, and other trainees whom the psychologist is legally qualified and authorized to supervise under applicable Florida requirements and organizational or academic affiliation agreements. Primary Responsibilities Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed individual psychotherapy to survivors. Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational support groups. Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention, suicide-risk assessment, safety planning, and appropriate referrals. Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical records. Coordinate care with victim advocates, case managers, attorneys, healthcare providers, and community partners. Develop and maintain clinical policies, documentation standards, referral procedures, and quality-assurance practices. Participate in multidisciplinary case consultation and program-planning meetings. Support collection of grant-required service data and preparation of programmatic reports. when applicable, professional ethics, and organizational policies. Clinical Supervision Responsibilities Provide regularly scheduled individual and group supervision to eligible psychology interns, practicum students, and other clinical trainees. Review cases, treatment plans, assessments, progress notes, safety plans, and clinical documentation. Monitor intern competence, workload, professional boundaries, and compliance with ethical and legal requirements. Establish learning objectives and provide ongoing feedback, professional-development planning, and formal evaluations. Ensure clients are informed when services are provided by a supervised intern or trainee. Provide consultation and direct oversight for crisis situations, mandatory-reporting questions, and high-risk cases. Coordinate with participating universities and training programs regarding learning objectives, evaluations, and affiliation requirements. Sign or co-sign clinical documentation when required. Ensure interns practice only within their approved scope, training level, and supervision arrangements. Required Qualifications Doctoral degree in psychology, such as a PhD, PsyD. Current, active, and unrestricted Florida psychologist license in good standing. Demonstrated ability and legal eligibility to supervise psychology interns or clinical trainees. At least two years of experience serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, community violence, or complex trauma. Professional fluency in English and Spanish. Experience providing individual psychotherapy and facilitating therapeutic groups. Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, safety planning, and survivor-centered practices. Strong clinical documentation, communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively with LGBTQ+ individuals, immigrants, racial and ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, and other underserved communities. Ability to work on-site and travel locally within Miami-Dade County as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising doctoral interns, practicum students, postdoctoral residents, or other clinical trainees. Experience working with university psychology programs or clinical-training affiliation agreements. Training in evidence-informed trauma interventions. Experience in a nonprofit, community mental health, victim-services, or federally funded program. Knowledge of VAWA confidentiality requirements and coordinated community response models. Fluency in Portuguese or another language commonly spoken in South Florida. Experience providing accessible services to clients with disabilities. Position Details Full-time, in-person position in Miami, Florida, with local travel throughout Miami-Dade County as needed.

Annual salary:

$90,000.

Anticipated start:

As soon as possible following final funding and budget clearance. Grant-funded through July 31, 2029, subject to continued funding, satisfactory performance, and organizational needs.
