- successfully complete Crisis Intervention Training
- maintain active and in good standing throughout employment within 90 days of date of hire
CPR HEART
- maintain active and in good standing throughout employment Level II Background Check and Affidavit of Good Moral Character APA/CPA
- accredited doctoral internship with supervised experience in clinical neuropsychology 2-4 years in Postdoctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology Experience in Pediatric Psychology and Clinical Supervision Member in good standing of the NCHS Medical Staff Neuropsychology board eligibility Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Understanding of brain-behavior relationships with competence in assessment and conceptualization of multifactorial deficits.
