Summary Licensed or license-eligible counseling or clinical psychologist with strong clinical skills in psychological evaluation and intervention, experience in psycho-oncology and/or other medical patient populations (e.g., cardiology, rheumatology,) as well as high potential to conduct or collaborate in research Practices psychology within the scope of authority and privileges granted by Moffitt Cancer Center. As a Member of the Moffitt Medical Group (MMG), provides patient care and serves as a member of the academic medical enterprise. Spanning the clinical and research enterprise in support of patient care, research, and education, advances the Institutional mission of contributing to the prevention and cure of cancer. As a Psychologist of the Moffitt Medical Group (MMG), the incumbent agrees to undertake clinical related activity, including the provision of coverage in the assigned department, at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute Hospital, Inc. As such, the incumbent agrees to comply fully with MMG policies and procedures and the Hospital's Medical Staff Bylaws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Psychologist The Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute in Tampa, FL invites applicants for a full-time Psychologist Faculty position in its growing Behavioral Medicine Service, which is part of the Supportive Care Medicine Department.About Our Department:
Moffitt Cancer Center's Supportive Care Program is dedicated to the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of our patients. We know cancer affects patients on more than just a cellular level. It takes a personal toll, as well. That's why we provide interdisciplinary supportive care in the same location as clinical treatment to ensure easy access to these important services. Our goal is to treat the whole person - not just the disease - and provide expert guidance for whatever obstacles a patient may encounter during treatment.Responsibilities include:
providing services in inpatient settings as well as participating in the clinical, educational, and research activities of the department. Applicants must be open to working at Moffitt Magnolia Campus as well as Moffitt Cancer Center at SouthShore.Requirements:
