Job Description

Join a dedicated educational community focused on fostering growth, equity, and meaningful learning experiences! Cross Country Education is seeking a School Psychologist to support student success as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team during the 2026-2027 school year in Sebring, FL.
Position Overview:
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including child study, eligibility, and IEP teams, to assess student needs and develop appropriate support plans. Administer and interpret psychological assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and developmental needs for K-12 students. Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement intervention strategies that promote academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success. Maintain accurate documentation, support school-wide initiatives, and contribute to the delivery of comprehensive psychological services.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree or higher in School Psychology Active Florida School Psychologist Certification or eligibility to obtain prior to start date Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting Why Join Cross Country Education?
Competitive Pay:
Earn $55.30 - $58.40 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a School Psychologist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
