Job Summary:
Transformative Healthcare Solutions (THS) is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who is a Florida Qualified Supervisor to oversee psychology interns and postdoctoral fellows completing their psychological testing and assessment requirements. The ideal candidate has expertise in psychological testing, interpretation, and report writing and is passionate about mentoring future psychologists while ensuring compliance with Florida Board requirements and THS standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a minimum of 2 hours of supervision per supervisee each week, including at least one hour of weekly supervision via telehealth. Supervise psychology interns and postdoctoral fellows completing psychological testing and assessment requirements. Consult with supervisees regarding testing cases and provide clinical guidance. Review, edit, and approve psychological test data, assessment reports, and related clinical documentation. Monitor supervisees' face-to-face clinical hours and develop strategies to increase clinical contact hours when needed. Monitor timely updates in MondayBoard. Complete weekly supervision forms, daily attestation forms, and midterm/end-of-year evaluations. Provide supervisor contact information to assigned facilities and obtain feedback from facility staff. Attend monthly supervision meetings with the Training Director. Ensure compliance with Florida Board regulations, ethical standards, and THS policies. Mentor trainees in professional development and best clinical practices.
Qualifications:
Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.

D., or Ed.

D.) in Clinical Psychology. Active, unrestricted Florida Licensed Clinical Psychologist license. Current Florida Qualified Supervisor designation. Demonstrated proficiency in psychological testing, assessment, interpretation, and report writing. Minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience. Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and documentation review skills.
