Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a key supporting role in educational access by serving as a Sign Language Interpreter on a flexible, per diem basis. This contract opportunity involves collaborating district-wide, primarily assisting with interpreting needs during student testing. You'll work across various campuses and grade levels—from elementary through high school—making an impact wherever students need clear communication most. Your expertise will empower students who are deaf or hard of hearing to fully engage in essential academic processes. You'll be a crucial presence during testing periods, ensuring instructions and questions are communicated accurately and inclusively. The schedule and days worked will vary, aligning with district and student needs, providing an adaptable work environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum score of 3.5 or higher on the EIPA (Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment) GAPSC (Georgia Professional Standards Commission) credential required Familiarity with educational settings, preferably across multiple grade levels Strong commitment to enhancing student opportunities and building inclusive learning environments
Responsibilities:
