Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. What We're Looking For:
Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (state-specific requirements apply) Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations, behavioral assessments, and writing intervention plans Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families Understanding of IEP development and knowledge of Special Education processes Ability to adapt to new school settings and work independently
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer standardized assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning Interpret data and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports as part of multi-disciplinary teams Develop behavior intervention plans and support the implementation of effective strategies Consult with teachers and parents to design and monitor interventions that support student success Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with federal and state regulations
