at St. Luke's Health System in Meridian, Idaho, United States Job Description At St. Luke's, our dedicated team of Behavioral Health professionals strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.
What You Can Expect:
Will conduct assessments, develop and provide ongoing evaluation and monitoring of individualized behavior plans, provide training to staff on best practices, participate in case conferences, and collaborate with families and caregivers Will participate on the patient's care team helping guide and direct appropriate levels of care Support coordinating, scheduling, communicating and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations and plan for patients. Provide training to family, caregivers and support staff on care plan Develop, monitor and adjust strategies for treatment plan as needed Full Time, weekday schedule Fully benefitted with hospital contributions

Bachelors degree
Experience:
3 years
License/Certification:
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and Current Basic Life Support ( BLS ) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
