School Psych | Aurora, Illinois ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Aurora, IL Job Details Full-time | Contract $39.92 - $69.92 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications School experience Practicing as a school psychologist Full Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. What You'll Bring:
Valid School Psychologist certification and experience in educational settings Strong skills in evaluations, counseling, and crisis response Expertise in supporting problem-solving, MTSS, and conducting student observations Commitment to onsite presence (no hybrid/virtual work) Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families Bilingual Spanish skills are highly regarded, especially in culturally integrated settings Compassion, adaptability, and professionalism
Your Role Will Include:
Providing assessments and evaluations for students, including those in smaller, self-contained and special education schools Offering direct counseling to caseloads (up to 10 students in some settings) Engaging in team problem-solving and supporting MTSS processes Assisting in crisis management when needed Contributing to a positive and inclusive environment for students from diverse backgrounds Supporting school communities with 3 or 5 day onsite assignments (consistent, full-time schedules only)
