This rewarding contract opportunity is ideal for an Illinois-licensed School Psychologist ready to work with 10th, 11th, and 12th graders for the remainder of the school year. You'll collaborate with students, educators, and families, providing the vital assessments, interventions, and counseling services that foster student growth and success.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychology endorsement Experience working within high school settings, especially in Illinois, is highly preferred Comfort working with diverse student populations; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus Familiarity with high school caseloads and developing individualized plans Able to provide both assessment and counseling support as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver psychological services for 10th-12th graders, focusing on assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring Participate actively in team meetings, coordinating with teachers, administrators, and families Conduct individual and group counseling sessions as assigned Help implement strategies that support students' emotional, social, and academic development Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance standards
