This full-time, contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through May 2027, offering the chance to work onsite across two elementary schools, serving students in PreK through 5th grade. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement Experience working with elementary-age children, especially within school settings Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service providers Exceptional organizational and communication abilities Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for referred students Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on eligibility and IEP meetings Consult with teachers and parents regarding student needs and appropriate interventions Develop and support implementation of individualized behavior and learning plans Provide direct counseling and support to students, addressing social-emotional and academic concerns Participate in Response to Intervention (RtI) and data-based decision making Maintain thorough records congruent with district and professional guidelines
