What Youll Need:
Masters degree in School Psychology from an accredited program. Valid state license as a school psychologist. Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, educators, and families. Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs and changing school environments. Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and special education processes preferred.Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations. Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support student learning and behavior. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive, inclusive learning environments. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including eligibility and IEP/504 plan development. Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support as needed. Maintain accurate, confidential student records and comply with all federal, state, and district policies.Benefits and Perks:
