Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive special education evaluations to assess student needs. Serve as an active member of the MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) team, contributing expertise and collaborating with other professionals. Analyze and interpret data related to students' academic performance and social-emotional growth, informing strategies that foster student success. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to teachers, parents, and staff. Support behavioral interventions and assist with the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

Valid School Psychologist certification (or eligibility to obtain, as required by state regulations). Demonstrated experience with special education evaluations and involvement in collaborative student support teams. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use data for problem-solving and intervention planning. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
