Required Qualifications:
Valid Illinois School Psychologist License Professional Educator License (PEL) Experience working as a school psychologist, preferably in a K-12 environment Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with students, educators, and parents Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments Deliver counseling services and implement evidence-based interventions Participate in individualized education plan (IEP) meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Maintain timely and accurate documentation in alignment with district policies Support crisis intervention and contribute to a safe school environment
