School Psychologist

Job Summary:

Northwest Allen County Schools (NACS) in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a full-time School Psychologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Essential Duties and Skills:

Work collaboratively within a building environment supporting the diverse needs of students Communicate with teachers, parents, and administrators about evaluation requests, referrals, and evaluation results Participate in and coordinate MTSS intervention team meetings within your assigned buildings, alongside the Guidance Counselor Work with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute appropriate evaluation plans for students based on their unique needs Provide input on student needs in case conference committee meetings as required, and additionally as requested Demonstrate excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills Produce accurate evaluation reports Maintain effective organizational habits to meet required timelines while sharing evaluation data with stakeholders in a timely manner Participate in regular School Psychologist team collaboration meetings to discuss and brainstorm cases and share new learning

Contract Information:

Contract is for 200 days per year (184 student & staff attendance days, plus 16 additional working days to be used on non-student/staff attendance days), beginning July 1, 2026. Salary is based on relevant years of experience, with a range of $56,195 to $89,402.
