Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school psychologist is needed for a full-time, short-term leave position in Whiteland, IN, approximately 25 minutes south of Indianapolis. This role is designed to support young children ages 3-5 years and involves working 37.5 hours per week over a 13-week period from July 26, 2021, to October 25, 2021. This opportunity provides an engaging environment to apply specialized skills in psychological assessment within an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments for children aged 3-5 years during the specified short-term leave period. Collaborate with school staff to interpret assessment results and support student development. Follow all established guidelines and protocols related to assessments and documentation. Communicate effectively with educators and parents regarding assessment findings and recommendations. Maintain confidentiality and professional standards throughout the evaluation process.
Desired Qualifications:
Licensure or certification as a school psychologist. Experience in performing assessments for early childhood populations. Strong knowledge of developmental and educational psychology. Location and Work Schedule:
Position located in Whiteland, IN, about 25 minutes south of Indianapolis. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week during the short-term contract from July 26, 2021, to October 25, 2021. Single school setting, focused exclusively on assessment completion during this period.
