Warehouse Associate

Our client is currently seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in Whiteland, IN . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a productive warehouse team. The Warehouse Associate will support daily operations by handling materials, preparing products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following all safety procedures. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where quality and efficiency matter.

The Day-to-Day:

Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently Package, label, and palletize products according to client standards Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks Scan, count, and report product movement to help maintain accurate inventory Inspect products for quality and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and company policies Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with 5S standards Assist with line production, assembly, or rework tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Basic math and reading skills for labeling, counting, and inventory tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals

Pay Rate:

$14.00 to $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
