Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity dedicated to supporting student success and well-being in a collaborative school environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. Multiple School Psychologist roles are available, including a full-time position at a high school, a part-time elementary school opportunity, a possible additional full-time elementary placement, and an early childhood role. These positions are designed for professionals who thrive in educational settings and are eager to make a meaningful impact through their expertise.
Required Qualifications:
Active Kansas School Psychologist Certificate Master's degree or higher in School Psychology, Psychology, or related field Proven skills in conducting evaluations, leading IEP and eligibility meetings, and using data-driven approaches to support student progress Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Experience ensuring compliance with state and federal special education guidelinesKey Responsibilities:
Administer comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and provide written reports Facilitate and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEPs and eligibility determinations Collaborate with educators, families, and service providers to develop practical strategies and interventions Lead and support problem-solving processes at both the individual student and systems level Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and contribute to general program compliance Serve as a resource for students' social-emotional needs and crisis prevention/intervention These positions offer an hourly rate of $50, with weekly pay, guaranteed hours for contract stability, and access to an industry-leading health benefits and 401k package.
