This role requires in-person work supporting students with intense disabilities, including those who are non-verbal, physically impaired, or use assistive technology (AT) devices for communication. The assignment will cover K-12 students, with responsibilities potentially spanning multiple campus locations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological testing and assessments for students with diverse and intense disabilities Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop appropriate educational plans Provide data-driven recommendations to support individualized interventions and accommodations Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies and procedures Travel between multiple school sites as needed within the district

Qualifications:

Credentials as a licensed or certified school psychologist Experience working with students who have significant disabilities, including non-verbal or physically impaired students Familiarity with assistive technology devices for communication preferred Ability to conduct assessments in compliance with established standards Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
