Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist - Telehealth Job Type Contract A full-time opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services. The assignment is based in Ottawa, KS, serving students in grades 6 through 8.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for approximately 500 students. Developing and implementing intervention plans tailored to individual student needs. Collaborating remotely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic and emotional well-being. Providing crisis intervention and consultation through telehealth platforms. Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications and experience desired:
Valid licensure as a School Psychologist. Proven experience working with middle school populations, preferably grades 6-8. Strong skills in telehealth service delivery. Ability to manage a significant caseload efficiently. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. The contract term spans from August 6, 2026, through May 20, 2027, offering consistent full-time hours throughout the school year.
