School Psychologist in Spring Hill, KS Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Spring Hill, KS Job Details Full-time | Contract 19 hours ago Qualifications Collaboration with other professionals for student support Practicing as a school psychologist Full Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a direct impact supporting students from Kindergarten through 8th grade in a vibrant learning environment. This contract opportunity offers the chance to serve two connected schools, working closely with teams dedicated to student well-being and success. Your role will involve engaging in daily school psychologist responsibilities. You'll be a core member of the problem-solving process, Student Intervention Team, and Building Crisis Team. Additionally, your expertise will be pivotal in performing IEP evaluations and delivering related services. You'll help create supportive, proactive strategies that address student needs in both an elementary and middle school setting.
Key qualifications and experience:
State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Previous experience working in K-8 settings preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes, special education regulations, and interventions Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and organizational skills Core responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide IEP-related services Participate in school-wide teams, including Student Intervention and Crisis Teams Support staff, families, and students in problem-solving initiatives Implement strategies that foster positive academic and behavioral outcomes Maintain detailed records in compliance with school policies This is a full-time onsite role, working 37.5 hours weekly, from July 30th through June 2nd.
