This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a compassionate environment by managing administrative tasks efficiently and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Answer and return phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience Manage the practice calendar and assist with appointment coordination Maintain accurate client and administrative records Assist with intake paperwork and onboarding of new clients Communicate with clients regarding appointments, forms, policies, and general practice questions Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or healthcare/administrative training is a plus Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle client inquiries professionally.
