The opportunity:
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) and Psychologists to provide psychotherapy services in nursing homes across Massachusetts. The responsibilities:
  • Provide psychotherapy to nursing home residents during scheduled rounds.
  • Collaborate closely with nursing home staff, residents, and families.
  • Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and proactively follow up with patients.
  • Educate residents, families, and staff on best practices in mental health care.
  • Partner with psychiatric providers to integrate behavioral and pharmacological treatments, with an emphasis on non-pharmacological interventions whenever possible.
The Candidate:
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Psychologist.
  • Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for working with older adults and supporting their emotional well-being.
