Intervention Menu Development Team The Brockton Public School District is seeking internal staff members to participate in a grant-funded project focused on strengthening student behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health support across the district. Selected staff members will work collaboratively to review district-wide screening data and develop intervention menus aligned to identified student needs in the following areas:
  • Internalizing behaviors
  • Externalizing behaviors
  • Student stress levels
  • Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) competency areas Position Overview Participants will analyze district screening data and create practical, tiered intervention resources that schools can use to support students across grade levels. Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze district-wide screening data
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify trends and student support needs
  • Develop intervention menus/resources aligned to screening domains
  • Recommend evidence-based interventions and supports for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 needs
  • Participate in planning meetings and collaborative work sessions
  • Submit completed intervention materials by established deadlines Team Composition The district will select:
  • Four (4) staff members from the elementary level
  • Four (4) staff members from the middle school level
  • Four (4) staff members from the high school level Time Commitment
  • Up to 25 hours of work completed outside of contractual hours
  • Combination of independent work and collaborative meetings Compensation This is a grant-funded stipend position. Participants who successfully complete all required work and submit final materials prior to June 30, 2026, will receive a stipend of $1,250. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MTSS, SEL, behavioral supports, or student intervention planning
  • Familiarity with screening data and data-based decision making
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • School counselors, psychologists, guidance counselors, adjustment counselors, behavior specialists, data specialists and administrators are encouraged to apply
