Qualifications:
Hold or qualify for a Massachusetts School Psychologist License Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a closely related field At least 5 years of relevant experience, with public school exposure strongly preferred Demonstrated effectiveness in working with students from diverse and multicultural backgrounds Advanced Studies degree preferred, highlighting a commitment to ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to guide informed decision-making for student services and interventions Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret assessment findings and develop actionable educational plans Provide expert insight into student learning needs, social-emotional challenges, and behavioral supports Maintain detailed records and ensure all evaluations comply with state and district regulations Engage with multidisciplinary teams to craft recommendations and support strategies tailored for individual students This position offers a meaningful way to engage with students, educators, and families, championing positive outcomes and inclusive learning environments.
