Qualifications and Experience:
Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working with adolescent learners in a high school setting preferred Strong knowledge of special education laws, processes, and best practices Ability to administer and interpret educationally relevant psychological assessments Skilled in developing interventions, behavioral supports, and contributing to IEP meetings Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to help determine students' needs Provide direct and indirect services to students, including counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop appropriate supports Contribute to the creation and implementation of IEPs, 504 plans, and behavior intervention plans Participate in data-driven decision-making to promote student success and mental health Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards This part-time contract position allows you to balance work with your personal life while making a valuable difference in the school community.
