This contract position is available for the upcoming academic year and is ideal for professionals seeking to supplement their current workload with specialized, high-impact responsibilities. In this role, your primary focus will be on completing essential 3-year evaluations and offering expert clinical supervision to school counselors. The existing school psychologist is retiring, opening the door for a new expert to support student wellness and educational outcomes. You'll enjoy a very part-time arrangement, just a few hours each month, making it an excellent match for those who thrive on focused tasks without managing a full caseload.
Key Qualifications:
Certification and experience as a School Psychologist in educational settings Comfort with low-part-time, evaluation-only work and clinical supervision Experience with 3-year evaluations and supporting counseling staff ASL fluency is strongly preferred, but not required—interpreters are available on site Virtual (VOCO) service delivery is eligible for select candidates Candidates seeking supplemental work alongside other professional pursuits are encouraged
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive 3-year student evaluations Provide clinical supervision and mentorship for school counselors Collaborate with school staff to support the counseling department Maintain up-to-date records and assessment documentation Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to educational teams The ideal candidate will be comfortable in part-time roles and highly collaborative, with a passion for effective assessment. Interviews are limited and will require schedule coordination with school leadership.
