Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A licensed School Psychologist is sought to provide comprehensive psychological services within a school setting in Salisbury, MD. This travel assignment offers the opportunity to apply expertise in diverse educational environments, supporting student development and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments, including cognitive, behavioral, and social-emotional evaluations. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies. Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to address students' needs. Provide counseling and crisis intervention as necessary. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Valid School Psychologist credential or license. Experience conducting assessments and interpreting results within educational settings. Strong knowledge of special education laws and procedures. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to various school environments during travel assignments.
