Performs professional duties and technical procedures of the particular area of specialty to provide examination and treatment of patients. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's requirements relative to his or her population-specific and age specific needs Highly effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, patient's families, departmental units, and medical and nursing staff on all essential matters Total Rewards The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of University of Maryland's Faculty Physician's Inc. salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor and span of control, education/training and other qualifications.
