D, PHD, LCPC, LCSW, etc.) within our residential young adult mental health program. For nearly a decade, we've been providing evidence-based, research-driven mental health services to young adults. This position is based in Portland, Maine. Our program is designed to support young adults who are navigating the challenges of transitioning to independence while learning to manage their mental health. We use an integrated therapeutic model, with psychotherapists managing a small caseload of clients and providing individual, group, and family therapy. The therapeutic environment fosters a collaborative, team-based approach, allowing staff to work together in supporting each client's progress. Our applicant should have a strong understanding of clinical work. Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
