Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time School Psychologist position is available onsite in Adrian, MI, supporting K-12 students within a school setting. This role requires a licensed or temporarily approved school psychologist credentialed by the Michigan Department of Education.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct multidisciplinary assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs Collaborate with educators and general education staff to develop and implement effective behavioral supports and interventions Support curriculum-related accommodations and modifications for diverse learners Provide consultation and guidance to Special Education teams, particularly for students with learning and developmental challenges Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations
Qualifications:
Full licensure or Temporary/Full Approval by the Michigan Department of Education as a School Psychologist required Proven experience working with school-age children from kindergarten through 12th grade Demonstrated proficiency in multidisciplinary assessment techniques Familiarity with general education curriculum and behavioral support strategies
Preferred:
Experience working specifically with Special Education students Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to foster effective teamwork among educators and service providers
