This school district is looking for a School Psychologist to support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development through assessment, consultation, and intervention. This role collaborates with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success and ensure compliance with special education requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological and educational evaluations. Interpret assessment results and prepare reports. Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings. Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs. Develop and support behavioral and social-emotional interventions. Assist with crisis response and prevention efforts. Monitor student progress and recommend appropriate supports. Ensure compliance with federal and Michigan special education regulations.
Qualifications:
Master's, Specialist (Ed.

S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Valid Michigan School Psychologist certification or eligibility. Knowledge of special education laws, assessments, and intervention strategies.
