To administer, record and score standard neuropsychological and general psychological tests used in the diagnosis of neurological and psychological disorders. Explain test procedures to patients and provide instruction on how to relax for any type of neuropsychological or general psychological test. Administer and score all Neuropsychological and Psychological tests, ensuring adherence to standardized testing and data collection protocols, including detailed behavioral observations. Apply behavioral management strategies as needed to obtain valid test scores. Help with sending out and management of electronic forms for informant reports. May assist in the coordination and onboarding of Psychometrists, Post Doc Fellows, practicum students, and Research Assistants in the areas of assessment/scope of practice. Efficiently completes scoring, data entry, and summary sheet with timely transfer of the entire file to the Neuropsychologist. Accurately transcribe data into the clinical database, as required. Prepare and maintain testing materials and laboratory equipment. Participate in case review conferences. May assist in research projects by collecting and coding data. May participate in patient-related clinical activity as relevant. A Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA accredited Program. In possession of a Limited Psychologist License in the State of Michigan or Eligibilty for a Temporary Psychologist Limited License in the State of Michigan Some experience in neuropsychological testing. This classification requires Primary Source Verification. In possession of a Limited Psychologist License in the State of Michigan. This position requires infrequent standing/walking, as well as lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring of patients This is not a hybrid position Work schedule to be determined. This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the United Michigan Medicine Allied Professionals (UMMAP), which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment. Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings. ground screenings are performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act.
