$90,000 - $120,000 annually (based on license, hours, and experience) About Hampton Psychological Services Hampton Psychological Services (HPS) is a growing outpatient practice led by a Licensed Psychologist. We offer a collaborative group environment grounded in clinical excellence, ethical care, and continuous professional development. Position Overview We're seeking fully licensed psychologists or postdoctoral clinicians with a passion for working with adults, children/adolescents, or both. In this role, you will provide individual therapy and brief diagnostic evaluations, with opportunities to expand into specialty services aligned with your interests and expertise. Clinicians in this position are expected to actively maintain a stable client caseload, including scheduling follow-up appointments, responding to client communications in a timely and professional manner, and engaging in the ongoing effort required to build and sustain a full caseload. The practice provides administrative support and a steady flow of new patients, while clinicians contribute to long-term caseload stability through consistent follow-through, relationship-building, and reliable use of practice systems. Eligible Licenses Licensed Psychologist (LP) Doctoral Educational Limited Licensed Psychologist (DLLP / Postdoc) Ideal Candidate Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology 2+ years of clinical experience treating adults, children/adolescents, or both Private practice experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and sustain a stable caseload Strong diagnostic formulation and clinical decision-making skills Skilled in delivering effective, evidence‑based care Ability to work independently while contributing meaningfully to a collaborative team Comfortable balancing high-quality clinical work with essential operational responsibilities including timely documentation, scheduling, and consistent use of practice systems Committed to ongoing professional growth, improvement, and high‑quality clinical practice Communicates openly and directly while reliably following through on responsibilities Schedule Options Choose between two full‑time schedules (32 or 40 hours/week) with no evenings or weekends required.
