Job Description

Hope Network seeks a PhD Psychologist to provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for individuals with disabilities or disadvantages. You will deliver individual and group therapy, develop collaborative treatment plans, and support neurorehabilitation and behavioral health programs. Working within a compassionate, inclusive team, you will partner with interdisciplinary providers, contribute to program development, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and participate in supervision, training, and community-focused initiatives that promote client independence and well-being. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and testing Provide individual and group evidence-based psychotherapy Develop and monitor person-centered treatment plans Support neurorehabilitation and behavioral health programs Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare and support teams Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in EHRParticipate in supervision, training, and case consultations Contribute to program development and quality improvement Engage in community-focused and client advocacy initiatives Required Skills Clinical assessment Psychological testing Diagnostic formulation (DSM-5) Treatment planning Evidence-based psychotherapy Neurorehabilitation techniques Behavioral health documentation Interdisciplinary collaboration Crisis intervention Electronic health records (EHR)
